Your order should be delivered within approximately 8 to 10 business days. We're committed to dispensing with the processing and shipping your choices in a very prompt manner.
Maharani Collections aligns it with the international market by making the whole globe elegant. Be advised, the delivery times should be taken on a case-by-case basis.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns 

We do not offer returns for change of mind or sizing issues. All sales are final.
 

Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted in the following cases:

  1. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange.

  2. Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange.
     

Conditions for Exchanges

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
     

Process for Exchanges

  1. Contact our customer service team at Maharanicollectionsusa@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order to report the issue and initiate the exchange process.

  2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange.

  3. Our team will guide you through the exchange process, including arranging for the return of the item(s) and shipment of the replacement item(s).

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the item(s) do not meet the conditions outlined above or if the exchange request is made beyond the specified timeframe.
